If we are replacing an existing heat pump, a trade-up/trade-in discount of $400.00 may be applied to any new installation (including any specials), assuming we can reuse the existing power connection and pipework. This would generally be the case on most installations of 15 years or less, however new materials may be required on older installations or other influencing factors, in which case this discount may not be fully available. Your sales contact will detail this for you at the time of your free site assessment.
Our quote to replace an existing heat pump also includes removing and disposing of the existing unit.
